We can't afford to handcraft content for different customers or outputs. As much as possible, we need to write (or otherwise create) content once and use it in many places. Many organizations use InDesign in the final stage of their production process but many technical communication departments use XML/DITA as their ‘content storage format’. Join Charles to learn why you might want to connect the two technologies (programmatic information/content sharing between departments, anyone?) and see how you can accomplish it.
