This case study will tell the story of our move to wiki authoring and delivery, based on “Every Page is Page One” and minimalism principles. Combining theory with practice, you will hear about the challenge, the planning and the implementation. You will learn why we chose a wiki-based solution, understand our underlying principles, and view actual examples of the implementation to understand how those key principles were applied. In addition, you will take away best practices, practical advice on overcoming common implementation problems, and lessons learned.
Necessary knowledge of participants: In order to understand the presentations, users should have a basic understanding of what it takes to provide quality content to users. This can be especially useful for documentation managers and teams of writers looking for a new, easier way to document multiple products on a single platform.
