Technical information is progressively breaking free from manuals, finding its way into web app interfaces, connected objects, blogs and forums, and interactive media. This dispersion can make it a challenge to define a content strategy, because of the diversity of formats and outlets. Content strategy becomes all the more essential, however, to deliver meaningful, relevant content to clients all along their journey. This session will explore the core practices for defining a strategy for ubiquitous content.
