The Burden of Project Stewardship

A session at WebCamp Ljubljana 2016

Saturday 12th March, 2016

9:30am to 10:00am (CET)

There's one recurring problem with open-source projects - there are constantly people who feel the stewards of some project aren't doing a very good job. From the outside it might seem that the development is going slow, that the maintainers aren't communication enough with their users, that the roadmap is fuzzy (if existing at all). I'd like to share with you one different perspective - that of person who currently stewards a myriad of OSS projects and is involved in dozens more.
