Retaining Talent: The Future of Work

A session at Retaining Talent: The Future of Work

The issue of agile working and providing the opportunity for staff to continue to be valued employees after maternity leave or whilst they cope with caring responsibilities has become more and more important.

Westminster Business Council will be holding a panel discussion on best practice policy, gathering examples of how businesses can support their staff.

We are currently carrying out a survey to understand employee’s experiences with Flexible Work. We will encourage good audience participation and as a result from our research and the event, shall be producing a white paper.

Join us for great a discussion as we explore the best ways to support staff.
