This symposium brings together women in science, technology, engineering, math, and policy to better protect patients’ medical devices and health records from hackers. CNBC Correspondent Jane Wells moderates a panel of Deborah Golden of Deloitte, Hillary Lewis (Department of Health and Human Services/OIG), Suzanne Schwartz (The Center for Devices and Radiological Health at FDA), Allison Bender (Hogan Lovells). The panelists represent private and public sector, for a deep discussion of Cybersecurity, HIPAA, and protecting patients’ data and medical devices from hackers. CIOs, Policy, Program Analysts, and Deputy Directors from Army G6, NIST, DHS, ONC, NIH, VA, and NIST will be in attendance.
