Good communication and teamwork are essential to delivering great products. Effective collaboration means that you and your team can use the best of all your diverse skills to develop new ideas and make them happen.
Building a great team is more than putting talented people together and hoping for the best. We can take a design approach to teamwork to encourage more creativity, make sure everyone is motivated and engaged, and create more time for people to do work they are proud of.
Alison spends her time helping creative teams to work better together. In this talk, she will share her tips for finding a good balance between creativity and productivity, how to run great workshops that improve team culture and creating good team habits that stick.
