Session 5 : RSimulating Biological Interaction Behaviour via Scilab Computation
Mohammad Khatim Hasan
Understanding dynamical relation of interaction between animals is an exciting and useful knowledge. Monitoring these relations in real life is very hard and dangerous activity and very time consuming . Another alternative approach is to predict the relationship via mathematical model. In this talk, we analyze three mathematical models; i.e. Lotka-Volterra, Beddington De-Angelis and Rosensweigh-McArthur models. We implement the numerical simulations using an open source software named Scilab. Experiments proved to show that all three models excellently simulated using Scilab.
