Session 6 : Web Application Security

In this tech era security of web application has become more important as all of the information user gather from web. Now-a-days creating public profile, sharing file, downloading file, sending message and so on used to take place through web. As a result, hackers are taking this advantage to collect information as much as they can by breaking the security wall. Although there are some steps we can take into considerations as a developer to secure the transaction, there are some pros and cons based on security algorithm which we used to call cryptography based on various application layers. Secured hosting is not good enough to secure the overall application layers. Security also concern with data layers and business logic layers. In this presentation we will show what are the algorithm and techniques we can implement on application layers as well as data and business logic layers so that end users can access the web system more confidently and at the same time we can become more loyal to our clients which will help us to retain them in future.
