Workshop 4 : CryptoCurrency with Open Source Technology
A cryptocurrency (or crypto currency) is a digital asset designed to work as a medium of exchange using cryptography to secure the transactions and to control the creation of additional units of the currency. Cryptocurrencies are a subset of alternative currencies, or specifically of digital currencies.
This workshop will share with you the open source technology that's related to Blockchain, the underlayer technology for cryptocurrency. Among the technology that's will be showcase :-
Dash is an open source peer-to-peer cryptocurrency that offers instant transactions (InstantSend), private transactions (PrivateSend) and token fungibility. It was rebranded from "Darkcoin" to "Dash" on March 25, 2015, a portmanteau of "Digital Cash".
Hyperledger is an open source collaborative effort created to advance cross-industry blockchain technologies. It is a global collaboration, hosted by The Linux Foundation including leaders in finance, banking, Internet of Things, supply chains, manufacturing and Technology.
