— Problem Definition: problems, assumptions, hypothesis, measures for success.
— Discovery: contextual inquiry findings, bring users into the meeting, present objects, show photos and videos.
— Design: sketching workshop, design presentation with silent feedback, method cards, physical interface games.
— Iterate: present findings and do any of the above.
— Testing: synthesize findings together, present findings and brainstorm next steps with stakeholders
