Wednesday 12th April, 2017
1:00pm to 2:15pm
This workshop is a collaborative discovery session that guides participants through a reflection about their learning communities. Join your peers to ponder about what makes the community tick; draw your “Worst user group nightmare” and search for fun ways to deal with disruptive behavior. You will have an opportunity to experiment with leadership models and discuss ones that better promote learning and growing. The workshop will explore how shared leadership can be facilitated and how it can help community to grow into a high-performing team.
Whether you are a leader of an external user group or an internal community of practice, a member of on-line community or someone who is just looking to engage with their first user group, this session is for you! Structured based on TFTBOTR framework, the workshop has a variety of hands-on activities, discussions and games to enhance participants engagement and maximize learning.
