We'll be putting Lanyrd in to read-only mode for a few hours on Monday morning.
We're rolling out some big changes to Lanyrd's infrastructure on Monday morning (30th July, GMT) which will require us to run the site in read-only mode for several hours. Event pages, profile pages and all other event information will stay accessible (including through our mobile apps), but users will not be able to sign in to the site or make changes to anything during the maintenance period.
We roll out site improvements several times a day without any service down-time, but occasionally we need to make changes that require us to disable site edits while the changes are taking place. Switching in to read-only mode means we can run a frozen-in-time read-only version of the site while preparing our changes, then switch over to the updated version when the changes have completed.
We're very sorry for inconvenience caused - please contact us at support@lanyrd.com if you have any questions.
