A new look for the calendar

We are proud to introduce some small but fabulous changes to your Lanyrd calendar page! You can now track and attend events inline and see your own events in a handy tab - and it's a fair bit snappier too!

How to share your 2011 conference plans

The holiday season is over; a whole wonderful year stretches before us! Could there be a more perfect time to start thinking about all the exciting conferences that lie ahead? And wouldn't it be even cooler if you could easily share those thoughts with your peers and friends? We think it would be!

Lanyrd feeds: never miss out on a conference

We've also been working hard on Lanyrd — mostly behind the scenes improving our core functionality, but we have a few new features to share as well.

Lanyrd, now with sessions!

We built Lanyrd for people who attend, speak at or organise conferences. We also want to provide a permanent record of what happened at those events for everyone to benefit from. Today we're taking another step towards that goal by launching our new session pages.

Welcome to Lanyrd

We've been live now for a week and a half, so it's about time the project gained a blog! Expect to see posts about new features and updates to the service here, as well as news about conferences and public speaking in general.
